Episode 3: Spinach Even
Your Kids Will Eat
Ingredients:
- 1 Big Bag of Spinaches
- A few Dime-Bags of Salt
- A few Pepper
- One Medium White Onion
- 1/2 Cup of Crushed Garlic
- Olive Oil
- 1 or more Hungry Childrens
- Style
- Flavor
Instructions:
1. Pre-salt your spinach and
wash it under some cold ass water.
2. After pre-heating that pan,
take that olive oil and splash it right in.
Not one teaspoon. Three teaspoons.
3. Now shake the pan like James
Brown. Shake it.
4. Throw down 1/3 cup of chopped
onions. Shaka!
5. Toss in one level teaspoon
of garlic. Zulu!
6. Let that simmer a little
before piling in your spinach.
7. Add two peenches of salt.
8. Follow that with one and
two half peenches of pepper.
9. Put the top on your pan.
Let the steam get all up in there until your spinach is wilted and broken
down to its very last compound.
10. Your spinach has now been
filleted, sautéed, coagulated and rehearsed.
11. Now make it look right.
