by AngieHarris on March 18, 2008, at 12:43PM PST That Cool-A-Cado looks ok. I'm not going to say it looks good. But it's kinda like a avocado-type dip but using the shell as the container. Pretty weird, at first I thought the balsamic was Soy Sauce or something. I don't know. I would eat it if it were all blended together as an actual dip. But you gotta love Coolio and his "weird" recipes. He should submit his videos to the Primtime Emmys. They're taking webisodes and web series into consideration this year. I've been working with the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, and I would love to see Coolio take an Emmy home. It's been a while since he's won an award. If anyone can pass this message along, it would be greatly appreciated. You can visit http://www.emmys.com for more information regarding submissions. The first deadline is April 5th.

Come on Coolio, do it for all us loyal viewers.

by verdugale1 on March 15, 2008, at 4:10PM PST Coolio -et al!, I just got a hired at a job here in Detroit, b/c in the interview I complained that you had stolen my cableshow concept! My concept and your show have nothing to do with the job...helping young Mothers find work...word is out and we're thinking of local/Detroit recipes. Our clients think you should make something with grains, vegetables, pork or fish plus a desert!
    Peace! Verdugale

by theduke282 on March 12, 2008, at 8:22AM PST Awesome looking food, but my favorite part had to be when Coolio and AC threw the comedian off.  He was more annoying than mad cow disease at a BBQ cook-off.

Cookin' With Coolio

Episode 5: Cool-a-Cado

Ingredients:

- One Large Avocado

- One Medium Tomato

- One Medium Onion

- Balsamic Vinegar

- Olive Oil

- Dime-bag of Salt

- Nickel-bag of Pepper

Instructions:

1. Get yourself one large ass avocado. Make sure it's nice and ripe.

2. Split that bad boy right down the middle. Pop it, pull it, and pit it. Pow!

3. Now use a small knife to cute that mother up! Make little cubes by cutting vertically and horizontally. Shaka!

4. Fill that hole with some freshly chopped tomato. Zulu!

5. Chop your onion into small pieces and sprinkle 'em all over the place.

6. You know me, I love me some balsamic vinegar. Drizzle your avocado with balsamic. Then hit it with some olive oil.

6. Slap it with your dime-bags of salt and pepper. Use as much as yo' little tastebuds can handle.

7. Use your knife to let some of the juice seep in.

8. Bring yo' ass to the table. It's time to eat a healthy and delicious Cool-a-Cado!
