by luckincan on August 20, 2008, at 7:42AM PST What a douche bag, the people around her must need work badly to put up with her constant snivelling, bitching and whining. I have enough trouble stomaching her spew on Fox Fiction, this thing and Billo deserve each other..

by Joshd21 on August 20, 2008, at 1:01AM PST Okay. I am not a violent person, and I obey the law's, but if I worked with this woman. I would want to take a swing at her. She treat's the people around her like ANIMALS, and then treat's them like DIRT. Shoves any discomfort or mistakes on them. All she has to do, is look pretty and read the darn screen. How hard could that be to sit in place while a woman paid 8 bucks or 10 bucks an hour does your hair and work's more in two month's then you do in an hour and you still make more. This woman is seriously very lucky she is not replaced by a pretty younger woman, who's paid less and complain's less. She is not a pro, or anything along the lines. Anything that is around her annoys her, all she can do is complain. This open's my eye's to the mask, friendly face I see on TV when I turn on my TV to the ugly monster when it turn's off.

by robertplattbell on August 19, 2008, at 2:35PM PST I don't have a TeeVee and I certainly don't watch FOX NEWS, nor do I have any idea who this lady is, but it confirms my decision not to have a TeeVee.  I mean, talk about dumbing down.  "New Tonight?" that's not even grammatically correct.  Sounds like her staff sandbagged her.  Maybe O'Reilly didn't want the competition.  New Tonight?  Sheesh!

by spudnuts on August 19, 2008, at 12:39PM PST Actually, I think Laura was extremely patient and composed. I have seen out of control. Names like Bill O'Reilly come to mind. THAt guy has a temper. I love Bill, but he can be a jerk. Laura is calm and patient until stuff gets REALLY bad and she begins to show her frustration. How would any of us be any different?

by petzl on August 18, 2008, at 3:26PM PST laura ingraham is slightly less disgusting than ann coulter.  having said that, i agree with what everyone else is saying here: that is, i feel sympathy for  ingraham and this trainwreck that is her show.  Favorite line (besides "dont come in my ear"): [resignedly] "That's the Fox way of doing things?"  When she was taking off her mike, I was half-expecting her to explode like O'Reilly in /his/ candid shot that Olbermann popularized: "F* IT! WE'LL DO IT LIVE!" [throws microphone away]

by shade51 on August 18, 2008, at 9:48AM PST I don't much like this woman or her political views. The clip was entertaining in a traffic accident sort of way. Having said that, it really did not seem to me that the majority of the troubles she experienced were of her own making. She asked for specific facts and materials that no one seemed to provide for her. People gave her conflicting cues. They seemed to ignore the edits she suggested that would have made her delivery more natural and comfortable for her. While it's always gratifying to see people we don't much care for or agree with get their comeuppance, I was actually able to share in her frustration and empathize with her to a degree.

by starling on August 18, 2008, at 9:15AM PST Ingraham is a toxic, miserable human being. Her show used to be fun to listen to, but in the last 5 years she's grown more hateful and less entertaining.

Did she send out a newsletter directing her minions to comment on Shearer's site? Good stuff, Harry. Thanks for helping us get beyond the veneer.

by CookieDoughSF on August 17, 2008, at 7:00PM PST I think it's the voices in her head that she's talking back to.
    What a Koont!!!

by Maria on August 17, 2008, at 2:28PM PST HA! hahahahaha! It's not that she's a "professional" or people are incompetent working around her..it's the frustration that's hilarious. She could be playing with the ol ball in cup game and get just as frustrated, she'd still be blaming everyone else. Awesome! I love it. Good stuff.
