If you are thinking about the Clone Stamp Tool, just optionclick (Alt pushed in when you click the place you want to cover). Then optionclick the place you want to sample from. If you are thinking about the Healing Brush Tool, simply optionclick the spot you want to sample from. Then click away on the spot you want covered until it is covered to your liking.
