A Package from Sweden

Tuesday night, the My Damn Channel office received a peculiar package we weren't completely expecting (although we had our suspicions after that mysterious ending on the third installment of Flying Solo); the box was postmarked 'Sweden'.

This is the third leaked bit of footage of Spärhusen, filmed only three weeks before their plane Swedish Fish crashed into the ocean.

The surviving member, Beirget Kattson, remains in hiding (along with Olf Nystrom and Gert Forseberg who were presumed dead for nearly 40 years - but made a shocking appearance at The Egyptian in Los Angeles for the Easy to Assemble red carpet event only a few months ago).

Every time we get our hands on one of these videos, we can't help but feel extra special, and grateful that we can share it with you.

Don't forget that you can also get groovy with their Swedish psychedelic melodies, recorded nearly 40 years ago: Spärhusen on iTunes

The Mysteries of Flying Solo

Posted in Easy to Assemble, Flying Solo, Sparhusen with tags Easy to Assemble, Flying Solo, Sparhusen, Bjorn Epstein, Illeana Douglas, Ikea, Sweden, pizza on 2/3/2010 6:46:37 AM by KT Pierce ~ Voodoo Priestess

Spoiler alert?

The mysterious ending of the third and final installment of Flying Solo has the My Damn Channel offices running around screaming in curious cries of "What does this mean??"

Could this be a hint of what's to come from "Easy to Assemble"? Will Illeana be stranded in the wilderness to fight for her survival? If so - our screams may be fearful...

Or...

Could the sudden appearance of Bjorn Epstein be a hint that there may be a zombified Spärhusen reunion? (Excitement screams)

Nah... That's too surreal...

Maybe it'll be a reenactment? Ooooh - or maybe (just maybe) we'll get to see more old footage from their days together before their mysterious plane crash... Plane crash?

Oh no. Screams of excitement just became screams of fear again - not enjoying the thought of plane crashes while our beloved IKEANS are suspended over Sweden.

There is so much screaming going on over here, I'm afraid the offices downstairs may call security to dismantle us.

Mysteries are just too exciting. Taking a deep breath.. ordering pizza..

"EASY TO ASSEMBLE" MINI-SERIES PREMIERES

Tag - you're ALL it. Everyone listed above is Flying High. Advertising Age just called Easy To Assemble "the most-watched sponsored web series."

Illeana Douglas had a vision about how to make the best possible films directly for the web - for fans - for actors - and for one very visionary sponsor: IKEA.

There's proof that Illeana was right. Everyone keeps coming back for more.

Today marks the premiere of the Easy To Assemble mini-series event: "Flying Solo."

"EASY TO ASSEMBLE" LAUNCH-APALOOZA

The cast and crew of Easy To Assemble: Co Worker of the Year hit Hollywood last Wednesday at the first ever red carpet premiere for a web show. We documented the magic.

Illeana Douglas                           Rob Mailhouse                       Illeana & Justine Bateman

Judith Owen & Harry Shearer                     Illeana & Tom Arnold

We were slightly confused as to what happened to the yellow polos, but everyone still looked great.  Illeana Douglas, Rob Mailhouse, Justine Bateman, Tom Arnold, Keanu Reeves, Todd Spahr, Sean Durrie, Dominik Rausch, Wilson Cleveland, Greg Pritikin, Cheri Oteri, Kevin Pollak, Elisa Donovan, Kate Flannery, Michael Irpino, Nina Rausch, Daryl Sabara, the cast of "Prom Queen: Homecoming", the cast of "The Fall of Kaden", the cast of "Compulsions" and My Damn Channel VIPs Harry Shearer and Judith Owen graced the red carpet too.

Easy to Assemblepremieres new episodes every Thursday.  In episode 2, Illeana has a team building event to have "Ikeans spend more time with Ikeans".  See the joys of speed dating - or, uh - team building...here.

YOUR TURN, IF YOU PLEASE
