The new Paul Rudd-starring "Our Idiot Brother" opens in theaters this weekend, gifting America with the genial tale of a simple-minded fuckup (Rudd) and his exhasperated extented family. I haven't seen it yet, but David Wain has...

And while he's undoubtably correct, Mr. Wain may not be the most impartial critic. The "Brother" cast list reads like a who's who of Wainy Days All-Stars. Aside from Paul Rudd, there's Rashida Jones, Elizabeh Banks, and, let's see... looks like that's it. But hey, three's a lot! Besides, would David Wain ever steer you wrong?

Scarlett Johansson. Jessica Biel. Emily Blunt. Rebecca Romijn. January Jones. Ana Faris. Zoe Saldana. Amanda Seyfried. Erin Andrews. Heidi Klum. Kristen Bell. Marisa Miller. Neil Patrick Harris.
What do all these people have in common? They're the top actresses working in movies and TV today. What else do they have in common? They all star in the new Jimmy Kimmel video, The Hottie Body Jim-Miracle Diet. Is it good? Foolish question. Why? Cuz it's great. I laughed, I cried, it was better than Cats. Jimmy does it again -- do you think he topped himself this time?
And while we're speaking of HOTTIES, and it's St. Patrick's Day, why not mention one of the all-time classic hotties, Maureen O'Hara.

Now go get a Guinness!

Months ago, Mother Jones uncovered this 'playlist' of tunes our country is using to torture prisoners:

5. Kim – Eminem
6. Barney Theme Song – Barney The Dinosaur
7. Bodies – Drowning Pool
8. Enter Sandman – Metallica
9. Meow Mix TV commercial
10. Sesame Street TV theme
11. Babylon – David Gray
12. Born In The USA – Bruce Springsteen
13. Shoot To Thrill – AC/DC
14. Stayin' Alive – Bee Gees
15. All Eyes On Me – Tupac
16. Dirrty – Christina Aguilera
17. America – Neil Diamond
18. Bulls On Parade – Rage Against The Machine
19. American Pie – Don McLean
20. Click Click Boom – Saliva
21. Cold – Matchbox 20
22. Swan Dive – Hed P.E.
23. Raspberry Beret – Prince
Harry Shearer offers a new torture technique on today's premiere episode of "Found Objects."

Respect and thanks to Dave Stewart for an inviation to an inspired dinner in Los Angeles with Nokia this week.
Dave is a fan of My Damn Channel and a Change Agent. He's a soulful musician and a visionary thinker in search of new ways to put music, entertainment, and ideas into your control.
Dave hosted dinner along with his latest partner in magic, Tero Ojanpera, Nokia's Executive Vice President of Entertainment and Communities.

Less than 30 Nokia dinner guests included musicians, producers, filmmakers, and smart humans dedicated to further empowering people to access information and entertainment through impressive technology.
Mick Jagger was there. I've been lucky enough to work with him and the Stones on a few projects since "Tattoo You." We spoke before dinner and I gave him the My Damn Channel shebang.

Here's Q&A with Dave & Tero on where this is all going.
Dave is on tour this summer as Dave Stewart and His 30-piece Rock Fabulous Orchestra. This man makes mincemeat of the mundane. He's also releasing a new album and a book. Info here.
More to follow.
