Daily Grace knows LOTS about football* and she spent all week telling you how to have some fun on Super Bowl Sunday.
1. Learn about Tom Brady and Eli Manning.
For example, only one of these quarterbacks is Team Edward.*
2. Learn all you can about football.
Just, you know, in general.
3. Learn what to eat at a Super Bowl party!
At least, we think it's edible.
4. Learn a Super Bowl cheer!
Be a cheerleader. And be aggressive. "B.E. AGGRESSIVE."
Hope these Super Bowl tips help! Good luck to [insert name of team of your choice here]!
*These things may not be true.

bonus material on 6/9/2011 10:25:44 AM by Matt Warren

Season One of My Damn Channel's hit show Gigi: Almost American may have come to an end, but that doesn't mean everyone's favorite pie-eyed foreigner is MIA. On the contrary, each Wednesday will see the debut of new Gigi-related bonus material. Sort of like a DVD extra, except, you know, on your computer. You can stretch your throat muscles with a little Gigi theme song karaoke, or bop along to Episode 2's bouncy, '80's-inspired "Squirt Gun" (free download included!). There are also outtakes, promos, and interviews galore—everything you need for your Elks Club's next Gigi: Almost American theme party. And look out for more in the weeks to come.
And since we're talking about Gigi, we'd like to take this opportunity to wish our pal Josh Gad good luck this Sunday at the Tony Awards. The Gigi creator/star is up for Best Lead Actor in a Musical for his awesome work in Trey Parker & Matt Stone's The Book of Mormon. BOM is also up for Best Musical, Best Original Score, Supporting Actor, Supporting Actress, Direction, Choreography, Orchestration, Scenic Design, Costume, Lighting, and Sound. I mean holy shit, right? That's a lot of nominations. Break a leg, Elders!

Mother's Day,
mom,
mother on 5/5/2011 4:29:03 PM by Matt Warren
You know that stern, older woman who lived in your house when you were growing up? The one who cooked all your meals, did your laundry, and threw away all the porno she found under your bed while vacuuming? The woman who always got into lengthy shouting matches with your father over finances, and who spent long afternoon after long afternoon quietly sitting on the couch, surrounded by the chaos of her household, drinking zinfandel and staring off into the middle distance? Remember her?
That was Ms. Ana, your nanny.
The woman who paid Ms. Ana to do all those things was your
mother. And guess what Sunday is? That’s right: Mother’s Day.
What’s that? You demand My Damn Channel videos with an extremely tenuous link to a Mothers’ Day theme? Well don’t worry, YOU WILL NOT BE DENIED.
Everyone’s favorite newly-minted American,
Gigi, falls for a very pretty, very pregnant library patron, played by Gigi star Josh Gad’s real-life wife, Ida Darvish.
Two grown children of an eccentric, mostly awful dead actress try to figure out what made their mom tick in the
new series Versailles, premiering Monday!
And last but not least,
David Wain shoves a new mother to the ground and tries to drown her baby. Spoilers.
So show a little respect, you little shit, and send the old crone a card. Who knows? Maybe she’ll write you back into the will after all.

UPDATE: Watch the Tony Awards Live - Sunday, June 12th 8/7c on CBS
The Book of Mormon is the most nominated show on Broadway with 14 Tony Awards including Best Musical, and 2 nominations for Best Actor in a Musical (Josh Gad - star of Gigi: Almost American on My Damn Channel, and Best Actor for Andrew Rannells!
Check out the full list here.
Congratulations to Matt Stone, Trey Parker, and Robert Lopez for turning Broadway on its ear, to all of the amazing cast and crew, and especially to our main man, Josh Gad!
The only way you're getting tickets to this show now is to perform unspeakable acts unfitting to print here, so click on www.MyDamnChannel.com/Gigi to catch Josh as Gigi, a lovable foreigner with dreams of fitting in as an "average American."
New episodes every Wednesday!

Subway Sandwiches on 3/11/2011 7:00:00 AM by Matt Warren
As you may already know, My Damn
Channel has partnered with the fine folks at Subway and the USC Film School to
debut the winners of the Subway Fresh Artists Featured Filmmakers
challenge.
Unfortunately, Jeff & Ravi Fail History and Do Whatever proved far too
awesome to be contained by the ones and zeros of the internet alone, which is
why we’ve been forced to take the show on the road, to the world famous SXSW Festival in Austin, TX.
My Damn Channel and Subway will be invading the IFC Crossroads House at 7th
& Brazos this Sunday for “Shorts and Sandwiches”, which is pretty much what it sounds like, starting at 5:00
PM C/6:00 PM ET. So stop by and check out the future of cinema. Or, you know,
maybe just grab some free food and laugh your ass off. Either way, be sure keep
up with all the latest SXSW action on Twitter and Tumblr,
and spread the word as you feel appropriate.
Kinda makes you wish you tried a little harder back in school,
huh?

As an avid fan of Super Bowl Champions the Green Bay Packers, I've spent much of the last week celebrating by shoveling as many different kinds of cheese down my throat as possible. True, this is how I mostly go about life to begin with, but the cholesterol choking off my arteries and slowly murdering me has been especially festive as of late.
But not everyone was pleased with what went down on their TVs last Sunday. Steelers fans, sure. But music fans also suffered a devastating one-two punch in the forms of Christina Aguilera's freedom-hating National Anthem flub, and the Black Eyed Peas' over-aggressive imperative to "DRANK!" And then there are those weirdoes who only watch the Super Bowl "for the ads." And for these folks there was nothing more controversial and upsetting than Groupon's "save your money"-themed ads skewering celeb activism.
Okay, fair enough. A drunken, sports-obsessed viewing audience and a perhaps too-subtle bit of Swiftian satire do not the perfect marriage make. But if you're looking to be shocked, angered, and perplexed by advertising, these videos remain the gold standard...
First, we have this
cute lil' nightmare factory from famed Japanese artist Takashi Murakami.
What is Inochi-Kun? My best guess is ceaseless, unending horror. Don't even think about mushrooms while you watch this, or your eyeballs will start to bleed and white foam will start to come out of your nose.
And then there's
this gem, from a pre-Muppets Jim Henson, shilling for the now-defunct Wilkins Coffee.
Why is this lumpy little proto-Kermit being such a dick about coffee? What is his agenda? Frankly, I don't like being strong-armed into drinking dirty water. No wonder the Wilkins Company's mafia tactics drove them out of business.
But if you're looking for puppets, why not check out the frightening-yet-friendly beasties of
Spook House Dave!?
In this episode, the monsters try to cope with Dave's absence while he's away at summer camp. Suffice to say, they don't exactly hold it together. Maybe they just need to get out of the castle. I hear Groupon has some great deals on hot air balloon rides.

It's Monday morning. My body is sweating out the alcohol to make a little more room for the residual Doritos and Oreos. The highs of Super Bowl Sunday have given way to the realization that the season is over. And now I have to pretend to like basketball until football starts again.
The game between the Steelers and Packers was a great matchup between two storied franchises. Exciting until the end, the biggest event in American sports did not disappoint. But how did it look to foreign eyes?
CHECK IT OUT RIGHT HERE.
Looking at the Super Bowl with a non-American point of view has my American ass laughing. Some of the captions are so unintentionally funny, and make it sound like the Steelers and Packers are just old chums having a romp in the schoolyard. I'll let you find your favorite.
Are you ready for some futbol!!!

It's Mother's Day on Sunday. We're taking our mother to see that Babies movie. We don't really want to see it ourselves, you know, because it's about babies, and babies are, like, not really our thing, but, well, that trailer is kind of cute and our mom totally wants to see it and everyone keeps talking about it and how the babies are so adorable, like no one has ever seen a baby before and everything that babies do isn't adorable anyway, and ... FINE. I WANT TO SEE CUTE BABIES WITH MY MOM.
Also, if you're in Los Angeles tonight, you should head on down to the Egyptian Theatre in Hollywood to watch EASY TO ASSEMBLE on the big screen. Illeana Douglas, Kevin Pollack and producer Dominik Rausch will be there. Tell them we said "hi," and ask Illeana what she has against Justin and Alden's bromance.

The My Damn Channel family of artists took home 4 Streamy Awards Sunday night:

- David Wain won a Streamy Award for Best Writing for a Comedy Web Series for WAINY DAYS.
HUGE THANKS to every artist, active fan, and advertiser for saying YES to "the good shit."
Here's the new news:
A 3rd Season of IKEA's EASY TO ASSEMBLE will debut this year on My Damn Channel. Illeana and IKEA will deliver the details in the coming days. This is a tremendous sign of support for everyone who co-creates Branded Entertainment.
David Wain told Grace on the red carpet that more WAINY DAYS is on its way to My Damn Channel. Cameras will roll on episode 32 next weekend!
