Content Submission Guidelines
Pictures, photographs, images and/or text ("Content") may only be submitted as .JPG, .GIF, .PNG, .PSD files and may not exceed 10
MBs in size. For help with any technical problems emailing Image submissions, please send an email to

The Site allows you and other members to submit Content.
You may only submit Content to the Site that you created or
which the owner of the Content has given you permission to post.
You may not submit or distribute Content that is illegal or that violates
My Damn Channel's
Terms of Service,
Privacy Policy or these Guidelines.
By submitting or distributing Content to the Site, you represent and warrant that (a)
you own all the rights to the Content or are authorized to use
and distribute the Content to the Site and (b) the Content does
not and will not infringe any copyright or any other third-party right nor violate any law or regulation.
Remember, if your Content contains any stills or images
from commercials, music videos, concert footage, television shows,
movies, photographs, artwork or logos of others then you shouldn't submit it!
This is true whether or not any of these contain copyright notices on/in them or not.
Your Content submission should be totally created by you, and just you! Simply giving credit
to the copyright owner isn't the same as obtaining permission and is still infringement.
If you sumbit Content that contains infringing material, your Site account may be terminated
and you may be legally liable to the lawful owner(s) and/or MDC and subject to monetary and
statutory damages, whether or not your Content was made/used commercially.
By submitting Content to the Site, you grant My Damn Channel, Inc. (MDC)
or its designees, the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide right to
reproduce, display, perform, distribute, adapt, and promote
this Content in any medium. Once you submit Content to the Site,
MDC does not need to give you any further right to inspect or
approve uses of such Content or to compensate you for any such uses.
MDC owns all right, title, and interest in any compilation,
collective work or other derivative work created by MDC using or
incorporating Content submitted or posted to the Site.
All information, ideas, suggestions, or other communications
you submit to MDC, including, but not limited to,
Content submitted to the Site or communications
sent via e-mail, will be on a non-confidential basis. MDC will be free
to reproduce, use, disclose, and distribute such communications without limitation or obligation.
You should carefully choose the information you submit the Site. You may not post the following items:
telephone numbers, street addresses, last names, URLs to external sites, any form of HTML or programming
code, or any photographs containing nudity, or obscene, lewd, excessively violent, harassing, sexually
explicit, or otherwise objectionable subject matter. You are solely responsible for anything you
submit to the Site and the consequences of any such Content being posted on the Site. The following
is a partial list of the kinds of conduct that are illegal or prohibited on the Site. MDC
reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in MDC's
sole discretion, engages in any of the prohibited activities.
Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, the following: (a) Using the Site for
any purpose in violation of local, state, national, or international laws; (b) Submitting
Content that infringes the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights,
trade secret rights, or any other rights of any party; (c) Submitting Content that is unlawful,
obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, slanderous, hateful, or embarrassing to
any other person or entity as determined by MDC in its sole discretion or pursuant to local
community standards; (d) Posting advertisements or solicitations of business;
(e) Impersonating another person; (f) Harvesting or otherwise collecting information about others,
including e-mail addresses, without their consent; (g) Allowing any other person or entity to use
your identification for posting or viewing comments; (h) Harassing, threatening, stalking, or abusing any person; or (i)
Engaging in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits any other person from using or enjoying the Site, or
which, in the sole discretion of MDC, exposes MDC or any of its customers or suppliers to any liability or detriment of any type.
MDC reserves the right, but is not obligated, to do any or all of the following: (a) Investigate an allegation that any
Content submitted to the Site does not conform to these Guidelines and determine in its sole discretion to remove or request
the removal of the Content; (b) Remove Content which is abusive, illegal, or disruptive, or that otherwise fails to conform with
these Guidelines; (c) Terminate a user’s access to the Site upon any breach of these Guidelines; (d) Monitor, edit, or disclose
any Content on the Site; and (e) Edit or delete any Content submitted to or posted on the Site, regardless of whether such Content
violates these standards.
MDC is not responsible for, and does not endorse, Content in any submission or posting made by other users on the Site.
Under no circumstances shall MDC be held liable, directly or indirectly, for any loss or damage caused or alleged to have
been caused to you in connection with any Content posted by a third party on the Site. If you feel threatened or believe
someone else is in danger, you should contact your local law enforcement agency immediately.
All Content, once received by MDC will be the sole property of MDC and MDC may (but is not obligated to) publicly post your
Content submissions and invite user comments upon them. If you believe that someone has submitted/and or MDC has posted Content
that infringes your rights or the rights of another third-party please see MDC's
