Parody Twitter account @SilentJimLehrer was born sometime last night during the debate and its following has swelled to over 9000 this morning. It made us wonder if maybe Jim Lehrer is a fan of Harry Shearer. No, really.

During the last presidential election in 2008 Harry Shearer moderated the Silent Debates. Everyone was silent, including Obama and Romney. So, maybe Lehrer was inspired by Harry? We imagine he will remain quiet on the matter.
