    Bad Movies

I have been meaning to post one of CineSins' "Everything Wrong About..." videos for a hile now.  I enjoy each and every one.  So you should, too.  Here is a new one about The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug.  And it only takes 12 minutes to point out all the wrong doings of a three hour movie.  That's almost something to be proud of!

Also, check out the Modern Primate series, Awesomely Bad Movies to investigate the intriquicies of more bad cinema.

    The Foodroom

This video has been kicking around the internet the last few days - and on Comedy Central, obviously - but I just had to share it today.  Aaron Sorkin's dialogue is so specific and they really nail it on this Inside Amy Schumer sketch.  From shows like The West Wing and The Newsroom to movies like Charlie Wilson's War and The Social Network, you always know that you are watching an Aaron Sorkin show from the hyper, sometimes over-the-top dialogue.  Sometimes it's Oscar worthy - as it was with The Social Network - and sometimes it can be a bit laughable, as many people felt The Newsroom was and is.  Regardless, he sure is an original, and I'm glad he's around to provide us with content that's a gold mine for sketch parody.

    Punk Owned by Conductor's Boot

    Watch out, punk!

The selfie is the root of the problem here, but what's more worrying is this punk's reaction: his first instinct is to take an embarrassing event and make it public, so he can gain notoriety on the web.  Now, I'm a fan of the phrase "snake it 'till you make it" but if you just got schooled by some conductor's boot, I think you should probably keep that to yourself.  You may not get the clicks, but you might keep your dignity, however little dignity is valued these days.

    Tribute (SPOILERS)

Ah, there's nothing quite like the perfect marriage of images and music.  What a fitting tribute to one of the small screen's greatest villains.  Truly one for the ages.

    When the Easter Bunny Attacks!!!

Easter is coming up this weekend, so Billy Eichner dressed up in an Easter bunny suit and ran around the city streets celebrating the tenth anniversary of Mel Gibson's The Passion of the Christ!

This bit was funny, but I'm wondering when Billy Eichner is going to get stabbed.  It's only a matter of time before he approaches someone who has just had the worst day of their lives and was a little unhinged to begin with, and that person just pulls out a blade and knifes Billy.  Sure as hell don't want that to happen, but seriously, it's only a matter of time, right?

Anyways, go buy The Passion of the Christ on DVD or Blu Ray right now.  L'chaim!

    On Jeff Ears

We don't usually touch on sports here at My Damn Channel - we are comedy website after all.  But when the sport is pranking, we take notice, even if it is a bunch of baseball players doing the pranking rather than your run of the mill comedian idiots.  Frankly, baseball players are known as being some of the best pranksters in the business - anything to get a laugh and keep everyone amused in the clubhouse and on the bench.  So it's actually no surprise that a bunch of AAA ballplayers were able to keep up a month long prank, and then turn around and make a competent and funny film about it.

    Fake Drake

You can see how excited I am that my main man Drizzy Drake will be hosting the 2014 ESPYs.  I think this is going to be the single best hosting job in the history of award shows, but some people seem to think maybe The Boy can't handle the gig.

Well, haters, this video below proves that he can and will slay the ESPY hosting gig, and it also proves that Jimmy Kimmel remains a true titan of industry.

STARTED FROM THE BOTTOM NOW WE AT THE ESPYS!
