I like coffee. Who doesn't like coffee? If you don't like coffee, I think that there is something wrong with you.

I try not to drink too much coffee because when I do, things like this happen, things where I type too fast and my thoughts end up making no sense. Right now I am drinking my second iced coffee of the day. That's too many iced coffees for this kid but you know what? I'm going for it. Why? Because I woke up at 7am, two hours before I even have to wake up, and couldn't fall back asleep.

This is something that has been happening to me a lot lately, waking up when I don't need to. Is it part of becoming an "adult?" I use adult in quotes because I am far from an adult. I am but a boy, trapped inside an aging body that is apparently going to become an adult.

Anyway, Shannon likes coffee too because she's smart, like me. Drink coffee, watch Coffey Chat.

This week on My Damn Channel LIVE:

Monday: Beth welcomes you back to your work week (sorry), so you'll tune in to watch since you'll need a break at 4pm ET anyway.

Tuesday: Justin Halpern, author/creator of "Sh*t My Dad Says".

Wednesday: Steve Rannazzisi, star of FX's The League AND our very own Daddy Knows Best. We plan to ask him how he really feels about babies in strip clubs.

Thursday: Daily Grace welcomes Chris Crocker, most infamous for being a Britney Spears stan, to the studio! He has done a lot of different projects since then, but we MIGHT still ask him about which waterproof mascara he wishes he wore in that video. UPDATE: Chris Crocker had to reschedule so he won't be on Thursday's show! But you still get Daily Grace so we know you'll be fine.

Friday: Beth Of The Week! Beth will recap the best parts of the week! We already predict this will be our favorite episode because it will mean that the work week is over. Not that we don't love all of you, we just love sleeping in on Saturdays more.

Not a lot of things happened this weekend cause everyone is like vacationing or whatever!

1. The Spirit of Gethard is alive and well in this wonderful pre-taped episode.

2. My buddy Ramsey recapped what he learned from the Paley Center this year.

3. Rilo Kiley is releasing a bunch of old unreleased stuff which is pretty neat.

4. Ryan Gosling has another badass looking movie coming out. Badass.

5. Since a lot of stuff isn't going on, you guys should probably let me teach you How To Be A Man.
