5. I'm going to the Eugene Mirman Festival tonight to see Invite Them Up hosted by Bobby Tisdale and I'll have a treat for you this week!

It's The Larry Sanders Show's 20th anniversary. This is a huge deal, you guys. Six seasons of an absolutely brilliant show that still holds up after 20 years. If you have yet to see The Larry Sanders Show, I envy you because you are about to have a life-changing experience if you watch it right now! It's on Instant Queue so there is literally nothing stopping you (unless you don't have Netflix).

All of your favorite shows; The Office, Parks and Rec, 30 Rock, these shows wouldn't exist were it not for The Larry Sanders Show. One of the first single-camera sitcoms, it also helped launch many careers for the likes of Judd Apatow, Jeffrey Tambor, and Janeane Garofalo just to name a few. Mary Lynn Rajskub and Sarah Silverman make several appearances on the show as well.

It's an important part of television history and if you aren't watching it now then you blew it! Thank you Garry Shandling.
