Seriously, it was such a pleasure to have Thomas Ian Nicholas as our guest today on My Damn Channel LIVE. He let us ask him about Rookie of The Year. He told us potentially embarrassing stories about underwear. He sang a song from American Reunion.

And it was only the shorter show! You totally have time to watch it! Unless you're running out the door to see the Thomas Ian Nicholas band, which we would totally understand and support because he was SO NICE.

Yeah, I know, it's not the internet, it's TV, but soon enough it will be on the internet from the TV so I feel that I can talk about it here on this blog on My Damn Channel on the internet, and the thing I am talking about is Game of Desks, the Game of Thrones parody that'll premiere on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon tonight.  It looks like they're taking one of my favorite shows (Game of Thrones) and parodying it somehow!  Should be funny, especially since the man above, A.D. Miles, is head writer on Fallon.  A.D. wrote my favorite web series of all-time, Horrible People, which you can watch right now on My Damn Channel to tide you over until tonight.  Sounds like a plan, right?

You play the Mad Tagger in the newest episode of Status Kill. Where do you draw your inspiration from as an actor?

I draw my inspiration from life, Chris. It could be anything. A bird, a tree, a song. As long as there is vibrancy and some sense of immediacy present in what surrounds me I feel I can channel it down into my being, change it, and then channel it back out into my craft.

Do you yourself find irritation in being tagged in photos?

Not really. I like when I get tagged in a picture. Sometimes they can be a bit unflattering, but even then it's usually the sign of a good or funny time I had with friends.

What's it like working with filmmaker/friend Jesse Cowell?

Jesse is a great guy and I'm lucky to consider him a friend, but I had never worked with him and I'm happy to say he was awesome on set. I hate when you're acting and you're sitting around with your thumb up your ass not doing anything because the director is dicking around. But Jess had everything worked out and it was a real fun, effective, easy shoot - for me at least.

Please share with us your most embarrassing tagged photo and an explanation of why?

A picture of me with my front two teeth cracked in half. Why? I had too much to drink.

What's your favorite My Damn Channel series?

Other than Status Kill, you mean? Ha ha ha ha!! I am very partial to Horrible People. It's such a well-written spoof, and it's unapologetic in how dumb and crazy the comedy is in it. To do such a killer send-up I think the comedy's got to tap into that part of your brain that doesn't need to think in order to laugh at it. To laugh straight from the gut. I love that stuff. Poop! Shit! Dick! LOL.

How did you get so lucky to have a friend like Chris Donahue?

Chris owns about three t-shirts and one of them is of a band we both happen to like. I said, "that band rules" and he said, "I agree" and then we started to talk about other stuff and next thing you know I have a good friend in Chippy Diesel.

Do you guys remember how in Episode 3 of Horrible People  Carter distracts Michael and Margaret from looking for Danielle's body by steering the conversation toward all the amazing kinds of mashed potatoes one can make?

Well history repeated itself in NYC last week when an American Hero managed to diffuse a fight on a subway simply by snacking on some delicious potato chips.

Carter was using the power of the potato for evil, so it's nice to see someone use the potato for good in the real world of New York. 

Watch the video, and when you see a potato farmer today, thank him for what he's doing for America.

Our favorite comment of the day comes courtesy Mark Malkoff's YouTube Channel, where user "JeVa9XboXtag" (try saying THAT five times fast) thinks that Mark's current undertaking of trying to watch 250 movies on Netflix streaming in one month is "easy as shit."

To which we say:

Ever think to yourself, "Man, eating chocolate for the rest of my life would be pretty easy." Only, if you DID eat just chocolate for the rest of your life you would get sick of it after day three, maybe even sooner. And you wouldn't get the right nutrients so your muscles would atrophy and you skin would become pale; your eyes would take on a gray haze. Your brain would become foggy and you would get distracted easily, but be too sluggish to react to anything in a real, constructive way. Then your friends wouldn't want to hang out with pale, tired, sluggish, easily-distracted you. Your girlfriend would give you an ultimatum: "Eat some vegetables or I'm leaving!" But you're a man of your word and if you promised yourself that you would eat nothing but chocolate for the rest of your life then that's what you're going to do, dammit! And then it turns out that the rest of your life eating nothing but chocolate isn't very long anyway since you're malnourished and broke (you can't focus so you can't work) and lonely (your girlfriend's gone, dude). So now you're dead. And all because you thought eating chocolate forever would be "easy as shit."

So yeah, JeVa9XboXtag. There is such a thing as "too much of a good thing," man. RIP.
