Our Favorite Comment of the Day

Leave it to our viewers to be know-it-alls!

Is the set the only thing that will make an appearance from The Guild?  Why, not at all, becomingjoana, thanks for asking! (Even though you didn't actually, uh, ask.)

In fact, Felicia Day-- the creator of The Guild-- WILL be making an appearance in tomorrow's brand-new episode of Save the Supers, JediMark82.  I bet you didn't know THAT, huh?  I guess you'll just have to watch and see for yourself, won't you?

    Inspired By Too Much Coffee

I like coffee. Who doesn't like coffee? If you don't like coffee, I think that there is something wrong with you.

I try not to drink too much coffee because when I do, things like this happen, things where I type too fast and my thoughts end up making no sense. Right now I am drinking my second iced coffee of the day. That's too many iced coffees for this kid but you know what? I'm going for it. Why? Because I woke up at 7am, two hours before I even have to wake up, and couldn't fall back asleep.

This is something that has been happening to me a lot lately, waking up when I don't need to. Is it part of becoming an "adult?" I use adult in quotes because I am far from an adult. I am but a boy, trapped inside an aging body that is apparently going to become an adult.

Anyway, Shannon likes coffee too because she's smart, like me. Drink coffee, watch Coffey Chat.

Tweet me @MrChrisDonahue. I love you. Bye

  • Chris Donahue Presents How To Be A Man

DannyMoney Presents A Blog Post About "Chris Donahue Presents How To Be A Man"

If you haven't been watching already, then you absolutely have to start watching "Chris Donahue Presents How To Be A Man".  It's a really funny show starring my buddy Chris where he gives you useful and amusing tips on how to do things like a man, such as throwing a party or dressing yourself

In the latest episode, Chris was nice enough to ask me, your very own DannyMoney, to appear in the episode "Working Out".  I play a trainer and I teach Chris how to get really ripped!  I had a great time and I think you might enjoy watching it!

    AWESOME PEOPLE TOGETHER!!!!!!!!!

OKAY EVERYONE QUICK! GUESS WHO MY FAVORITE PEOPLE IN THE WORLD ARE?

If you said the Workaholics dudes, Anders Holm, Adam Devine, Blake Anderson, and also Beth Hoyt, then you are 1,000 percent correct and will be receiving a prize from my brain to your brain via the International E.S.P. Network Of Love! (Tweet me when you receive this transmission to let me know that the I.E.S.P.N.O.L. is working properly.)  My brain nearly exploded when I saw all four of them together in this video:

Seriously though, I am seriously into the show Workaholics.  I don't know those dudes personally, but I feel proud of them: they seem like some of the dudes I hang out with and it's awesome to see that kind of dude out in the world of comedy making bank and taking names with their own personal brand of silliness.  YEAH!  THEY DO THINGS IN THE SHOW I LIKE TO DO IN REAL LIFE!  PARTY!  GET WEIRD!  As you can see, I'm amped.

And Beth.  Oh sweet, sweet Beth.  I love ya, but I am uber jealous that you got to hang with these fellas.  If you could, please send me a lock of Blake's hair.  Thanks in advance.

Moral of the story: AWESOME COMBO OF BETH AND WORKAHOLICS.

    That is all.

Reasons To Get Excited for the 2012 NFL Season

The 2012 NFL season begins today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (Yes, my excitement is worth 18 exclamation points) My co-workers Dean and Chris are un-American and don't care about football so it's up to me, a red-blooded American alpha male to share some reasons why everyone should be excited about the 2012 NFL season.

     1)    Beer and Wings - On Sundays during the football season it’s socially acceptable to eat as many wings and drink as much beer as you want. People don't merely look the other way like they do when you eat wings in church on Sunday; they actually EXPECT this indulgence. Hell, even my mom has absolutely no problem with me polluting my body with fat and alcohol (by which I mean she has no tolerance for me polluting my body with fat and alcohol).

     2)    Fantasy Football – Not only do you get a chance to root for your favorite pro team every week, you also get to act as the head coach of your very own fantasy team: playing against your friends, spewing insults like “You suck!” or “I am better than you!” at them across crowded bars.  Remember, it’s all about the pageantry, folks.

    3)    You’ll get to watch funny Daily Grace videos about football, like this one from last season, where she shows how much she knows about the sport: Nothing.  Grace knows nothing about football. Nothing.

    4)    Because you never know if something ridiculous like this will happen.  Or a disgusting act, such as this.  Or this

    5) Most importantly, tonight the defending Super Bowl Champions-- my beloved New York Giants-– face off against their division rivals, the Dallas Cowboys. So even if you’re not interested in the game itself, it might warm you to know that somewhere in New York, hunkered down with beer and wings (remember: this is socially accepted behavior during football season) I’m screaming my lungs out, cheering for my team like a crazy person.  You gotta respect the passion, no!?

    Or not...

Dumb Holiday of the Week: National Margarita Day

Hey guys! You know what's a stupid fake holiday? National Margarita Day! How dumb is it to celebrate an alcoholic drink for only one day? "Extremely dumb" is the answer.

Margaritas aren't even that good. Yeah, I said it, so what? If you want to have a good drink, maybe dedicate a day to a good drink like an Old Fashioned. That's a real drink right there, unless you're, like, eating Mexican food or whatever and then I guess Margaritas are alright, but who in their right mind would want to just sit around and drink a Margarita? Not me, that's who!

Listen, I love alcohol just as much as the next person, I just think that tequila is disgusting and Margaritas are stupid. If anyone disagrees with me, well, you're wrong and you know where to reach me. @MrChrisDonahue

Come at me bro (or broette)!

  • Save the Supers

Can Save the Supers Save You?

The world is ending today…Or is it?  You see, I don't believe that the world will end today.  Why?  Because of Save the Supers.  Now, I know you might say to me, "Hey bro, those are fictional characters, they aren't real, and even if they WERE real, there's no such thing as a superhero, so your entire point is moot!  SUCK IT!" To which I would respond, "Hold up there, partner!" and then I'd make my point that the world wasn't going to end because a world that has such great video content in it as Save the Supers couldn't possibly end!  SUCK ON THAT, BRO!

Then, after we had stopped punching each other in the face yelling "Take that, bro!" and "Fat chance, partner! and "Idiot head!  Idiot head!" we'd both realize that we should be spending time watching Save the Supers instead of fighting, regardless if the world is going to end or not.  If it's gonna end, then we'd better use the remaining hours here on Earth to enjoy Save the Supers; and if it's not going to end we should watch the show anyways because it's just a funny, well-made product that we both can't get enough of.

So as you can see, Save the Supers - the show - is actually a superhero itself: it stopped my fictitious enemy and I from fight one another over whether the world was going to end or not.  It made peace between us, even though we had differing opinions.  And, most importantly, it made us both realize that what's most important in this crazy, mixed up world we live in is that Felicia Day in a catsuit is awesome.
